Dear Burro Days Exhibitor/Vendor,

The 70th Annual Burro Days and World Championship Pack Burro Race will be held Friday through Sunday, July 27th - 29th, 2018, in Fairplay, Colorado.

Applications for booth spaces for the event will be reserved with payment only, and on a "first come, first serve" basis.

Vendors/exhibitors may set up their booths beginning at 5:00pm on Friday. We ask that vendors/exhibitors with space on the lawn set up five feet back from the sidewalk. Hours for all booths will be published as 9:30am - 4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please do not begin to close down before 4:00pm on Sunday. All vendors/exhibitors are asked to leave their area clean after the activities are over on Sunday. Trash cans are provided to dispose of any waste paper and other debris (additional trash bags are available at the Burro Booth). Please dispose of large pieces of trash and boxes in the large dumpsters provided.

Booth Setup

PLEASE DO NOT use stakes in the Courthouse Lawn.

This is due to the underground sprinkler system on the courthouse lawn. Anyone using stakes which cause damage to the sprinkler system will be responsible for the cost of repairs. Please provide your own canopies as we do not have any for rent. Canopies may be weighted down with gallon jugs of water, buckets of sand or rocks. Anyone found using stakes in the lawn will receive warning and if do not comply will be asked to leave.

Under NO circumstances should any vehicles be driven onto the Courthouse Lawn.

Any questions or additional communications may be sent to us at jbullock@fairplayco.us or (719) 836-2622 ext 109. We will respond to any questions as promptly as possible.

Thank you,
Julie Bullock
