Application & Booth Charts
Dear Burro Days Exhibitor/Vendor,
The 69th Annual Burro Days and World Championship Pack Burro Race will be held Saturday and Sunday, July 29th & 30th, 2017, in Fairplay, Colorado.
Applications for booth spaces for the event will be reserved with payment only, and on a "first come, first serve" basis.
Vendors/exhibitors may set up their booths beginning at 6:00pm on Friday. We ask that vendors/exhibitors with space on the lawn set up at least five feet back from the sidewalk. Hours for all booths will be published as 9:30am-4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. We would ask that all vendors/exhibitors do not begin to close down before 4:00pm on Sunday. All vendors/exhibitors are asked to leave their area clean after the activities are over on Sunday. Trash cans are provided to dispose of any waste paper and other debris.

Deadline for all applications and fees is July 1st. You will be notified by email (or mail if no email is available) of your assigned booth space upon receipt of your application with payment. Please make your email available to us on your application if possible for your confirmation to be sent and have our email address accepted by your service provider/email program. All fees are non-refundable.
